5-Year Limited Warranty

At Payam Alinasab Design, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. We offer a 5-year limited warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to products made by Payam Alinasab Design and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal indoor residential use.

Warranty Duration

This warranty is valid for five (5) years from the original purchase date and is non-transferable.

Resolution Options

If a covered defect arises, Payam Alinasab Design will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected item. If repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund of the original purchase price may be offered. Shipping costs related to warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

  • Improper use, neglect, or accidents

  • Environmental factors such as sunlight exposure, humidity, or temperature fluctuations

  • Normal wear and tear or aging

  • Natural variations in wood, leather, and fabric, including color, grain, and texture differences

  • Alterations, modifications, or repairs by unauthorized parties

  • Commercial or non-residential use

  • Surface damage like scratches, chips, or stains caused by misuse or accidents

  • Products featuring live edge, reclaimed, or barn wood materials

  • Custom finishes specified by the customer or applied by third parties

Minor imperfections such as small cracks, open grain, or slight warping that do not affect the furniture’s structural integrity are also excluded.

Warranty Conditions

To maintain warranty coverage, furniture must be used as intended and cared for according to Payam Alinasab Design’s guidelines. Any modifications or improper maintenance will void this warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your furniture has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us within five (5) years of purchase. Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Photographs or return of the product for inspection may be requested. Once verified, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
