As our furniture is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind. However, should your piece arrive with any damage or a craftsmanship defect, please contact us immediately. We are committed to addressing the issue with exceptional care, ensuring your custom furniture meets the highest standards and brings lasting beauty to your home.

Woodworking Classes Cancellation and Credit Policy

All woodworking classes and workshops are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled start of a class or workshop will be given a credit for the full amount, which can be applied to a later date. Cancellations made between seventy-two (72) and twenty-four (24) hours before the start of the class will be given a 50% credit. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the class start time will not receive any credit. No credit will be offered once the class has begun.

Resolution Process for Damaged or Defective Items

1. Contact Us Promptly:
If you discover any damage or defect, please email us at contact@payamdesign.ca as soon as possible.

2. Provide Supporting Details:
To help us assess the situation, kindly include clear photographs and a brief description of the issue.

3. Resolution:
After reviewing your case, we will recommend the most suitable course of action, which may include:

  • On-site repairs

  • Returning the piece to our workshop for restoration

  • Replacing the item with a comparable product

  • Issuing a refund, where appropriate

Please note: The final decision to repair, replace, or refund an item will be made at our discretion. We remain committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will select the solution that best upholds our standards of quality and service.

Our Craftsmanship Warranty
