Since every piece is handmade to order, please allow 12–16 weeks for production and delivery.
If you require expedited production, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on our current schedule and your timeline.
- Local Delivery: Premium in-home delivery and assembly available within 100 km for qualifying orders.
- Shipping: Smaller items ship across Canada, while larger pieces can be crated and shipped within Ontario, Quebec, and beyond.
Protection: All shipments are carefully packed and fully insured. Please inspect your order upon arrival and let us know right away of any concerns.
Your piece is made to last a lifetime and needs only simple care. Just wipe it with a soft cloth, avoid strong cleaners, and keep it away from direct sunlight and heat to keep it looking great.
