Crafting Your Piece & Delivery Timeline

Every piece is thoughtfully made to order and handcrafted with care, just for you. Because of this personalized process, we kindly ask that you allow 12–16 weeks for production and delivery. We believe in quality over speed—while it may take a little extra time, the timeless beauty of your custom furniture will be well worth the wait.

When your furniture has passed our rigorous quality check, we’ll reach out to schedule delivery or shipping.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (Small Items)

We offer shipping for smaller items across Canada. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll provide a shipping quote tailored to your location and specific requirements.

Premium in-home delivery (within 100 km)

Within a 100 km radius of our Toronto-area studio, we offer premium in-home delivery on orders over $2,500. This service includes bringing your furniture into your space and performing any required assembly. For deliveries beyond this area—within Ontario or other provinces—please contact us to discuss your location and receive a personalized shipping quote based on distance, accessibility, and delivery complexity.

Crated LTL Shipping (Large Items)

For larger pieces, we offer crated LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping within Ontario, Quebec, and other regions. Please contact us at contact@payamdesign.ca to check availability and receive a personalized quote tailored to your location and specific requirements.

If you’re outside our standard delivery area, we’re happy to explore customized shipping options to suit your needs.

Shipping Safety & Insurance

All premium in-home deliveries and crated LTL shipments are fully insured to protect your furniture during transit. We follow meticulous crating and handling standards to ensure each piece arrives safely and in perfect condition.

When Your Furniture Arrives

We know how exciting it is to receive your custom piece. Please take a moment to carefully inspect the crate and the piece for any signs of damage before signing the delivery receipt. If anything seems amiss, ask the delivery person to note it on the paperwork—this helps protect you in case of any issues. Once you’ve unpacked your furniture, give it a thorough look-over and let us know right away if you spot anything that doesn’t meet your expectations. We’re here to make things right.

Caring for Your Heirloom

Your furniture is designed to last a lifetime—and beyond. To keep your piece looking its best, gently wipe surfaces with a soft, dry cloth—or a lightly damp one when needed. Avoid harsh chemicals and scrubbing, and protect your furniture from direct sunlight, heat, and sudden changes in humidity. With a little care, your custom piece will continue to tell your story for generations.
